REFUND POLICY: IGNITE CREATIVITY SERIES

Once you have purchased the downloadable audio series with/without the printed activity book, no refunds will be made. I’m confident that anyone who fully engages with the Ignite Creativity Series via the audio recordings and activity book, takes time to be guided by the content and connect with the creative process, will make discoveries about creativity, life and possibly expand the possibilities of their creative practice.​

 

REFUND POLICY: CREATIVE SURRENDER E-COURSE

Once you’re in, you’re in!  I’m confident that anyone who shows up fully to the e-course, integrates the content and participates in the community, will experience transformational shifts in their creative processes and journey into connecting with their creative intuition. If you have completed all the course content, (as evidenced on the course content page), have engaged in the community boards and are still not happy at the end of the 7 weeks, you and I will schedule a conversation to discuss the other options.

 

REFUND POLICY: ORIGINAL ART BY TAMAR SWARTZ

Once an original piece of art made by Tamar Swartz is purchased, there will be no refunds made. If you are not satisfied with the work, you are welcome to resell it. If you contact Tamar Swartz, she will assist you to the best of her ability to find a new buyer for the work. No guarantees. Artwork by Tamar Swartz can be shipped to any international address in the world using a reputable shipping company. Shipping prices will be determined on an individual basis based on location and are the expense of the buyer, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with Tamar Swartz. Tamar Swartz and Intuitive Art are not responsible for damaged, lost or unreceived items, customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees on international orders. Orders shipped internationally could take up to 4 weeks to arrive (depending on the country).

 

GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY:

All drawings and paintings will arrive signed and securely packaged. All paintings will arrive unframed. Original paintings will arrive with a certificate of authenticity signed by Tamar Swartz.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime. This includes: The Intuitive Art Community Facebook group, any and all mailing lists, blocking you from Social Media accounts, etc should you not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

 

RIGHTS FOR TERMINATION INCLUDE:

Not complying with the Terms and Conditions outlined here, not respecting the process of other artists, unprofessional behaviour, sharing course information: logins, passwords and content, copyright infringement, inappropriate comments and behaviour, lack of respect for any Intuitive Art team members, not honouring your payment schedule, and any other reasons at the discretion of Intuitive Art and Tamar Swartz. Safety and respecting the process and products of all artists is the highest value and priority of Intuitive Art.
